Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged
- School-based SLP experience or pediatric clinical background is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech-language, voice, and fluency disorders

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students K-12 with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and IEP compliance
- Educate families and school staff regarding strategies to support communication goals
- Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
