Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility for licensure
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enthusiasm for working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Flexibility and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students requiring speech and language services
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain detailed records and progress reports
- Consult with teachers and parents regarding strategies for classroom and home settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
