Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in North Carolina
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
