Qualifications:
• Active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and staff
• Ability to adapt individualized supports and work flexibly with diverse caseloads

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs, delivering individualized and group therapy
• Develop and implement engaging intervention plans, tailored to each student's unique learning profile
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and IEP documentation
• Consult and plan with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated student support
• Facilitate positive partnerships with parents through ongoing communication and education
• Participate in eligibility, IEP meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
