School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Jacksonville, Alabama

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Alabama
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience working within schools or pediatric populations highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of assessments, progress, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote student success
- Participate in team meetings, review sessions, and ongoing professional development
