Qualifications
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based, pediatric, or educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic language interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational teams
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and treatment goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and educational planning
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support communication development
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
