Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) professionals are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school or healthcare environment.
- Knowledgeable in assessment, intervention, and documentation for a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide therapy tailored to students’ objectives in both individual and group sessions.
- Maintain accurate records, submit required paperwork, and monitor student progress regularly.
- Serve as a resource for teachers, families, and other school staff regarding students’ speech and language needs and strategies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and progress reviews.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students’ communication and social growth.
