Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Arizona).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with experience providing bilingual speech services in school settings.
- Prior experience with elementary-aged children highly desired.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs.
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary school students in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, contribute to IEP meetings, and monitor progress toward student goals.
- Provide consultative support and education to faculty and families related to bilingual language development.
- Participate in school-based initiatives, professional development, and ongoing team communication throughout the year.
