Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Phoenix, AZ

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona SLP license (must provide documentation during interview)
- Current IVP (Identity Verified Prints) fingerprint clearance card (to be presented during interview)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Willingness to work exclusively onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements are not offered
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and fully licensed SLPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, tailored to diverse student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student communication success
- Maintain thorough records of student progress, therapy sessions, and compliance documentation
- Participate actively in meetings, trainings, and IEP team activities
