You’ll support students in grades K-8, working on one site with a diverse caseload of approximately 35-40 children. This full-time position (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8am–3:30pm) offers the opportunity to truly connect with your students and make a lasting difference. Two SLP roles are available, and newly graduated SLP-CFs are encouraged to apply—you’ll be paired with an experienced SLP-CCC for guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in PA
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF with appropriate supervision
- Experience with pediatric & school-based caseloads
- Strong AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) skills—required
- Commitment to fostering student communication and success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-8 students with communication disorders
- Assess, develop, and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
- Document progress and participate in meetings as needed
