Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY under supervision
- Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations
- Strong background or training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
- Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention
- Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student learners
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver speech-language therapy services to K-8 students
- Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals using individualized therapy methods
- Share expertise with classroom staff and families, supporting carryover and inclusion
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
- Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and team discussions
