With a caseload of approximately 35-40 engaging students at a single site, you’ll collaborate with educators and caregivers to help students thrive.

This position is ideal for both experienced and early-career Speech-Language Pathologists: supervision and growth opportunities are built in. New grad SLP-CFs are welcome—pairing with a seasoned SLP-CCC ensures support as you build your expertise. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY under supervision
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-age populations
  • Strong background or training in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
  • Commitment to evidence-based assessment and intervention
  • Great communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for diverse student learners

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver speech-language therapy services to K-8 students
  • Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals using individualized therapy methods
  • Share expertise with classroom staff and families, supporting carryover and inclusion
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
  • Serve as an active participant in IEP meetings and team discussions
