Qualifications:
- Current PA Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- SLP-CCC or actively pursuing CFY (will present strong CFYs)
- Experience in Pediatrics, Teletherapy, or Healthcare settings a plus
- Previous school-based practice preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to manage varied disabilities across multiple age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to students in K-8
- Serve across two welcoming school sites (one elementary, one secondary)
- Assess, diagnose, and support students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
