School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

This position starts as soon as possible and continues through June 11, 2027, providing stability and the chance to build trusted relationships across the academic year.
As a clinician, you’ll provide direct speech-language services to a diverse K-6 caseload of 13 students daily at an elementary setting. Your responsibilities will include working with both speech-only and students who have speech as a secondary disability, with a significant portion of the caseload comprising nonverbal and ASD/high-needs students. You’ll have the support of a paraeducator to facilitate sessions, use the EdPlan IEP system for documentation, and focus on direct service—no medicaid billing and no additional time required to pull students ahead of quarterly progress reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current CCC-SLP credential and valid PA Teaching Certificate
- Valid and current PA Clearances
- Prior experience with virtual therapy services strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work with consistency, flexibility, and genuine engagement with students, particularly those with higher support needs
- Clinical tech screen passed and clinical exception documented, if applicable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Effectively manage a mixed-needs caseload, including students who are nonverbal or diagnosed with ASD
- Utilize EdPlan IEP system for monitoring progress and maintaining compliance
- Collaborate with school staff and paraprofessionals
