As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to provide life-changing support and intervention to help students communicate confidently and thrive academically. Flexible scheduling is available with both part-time and full-time options across 3-5 days per week, beginning September 1, 2026.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid SLP Certification (CCC or CFY)
- Previous schools-based experience strongly preferred
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students with various speech, language, and communication needs
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress within the educational environment
- Maintain clear, organized documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of educational goals
