Multiple dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to contribute their expertise and passion for communication in elementary, middle, and high school settings. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania SLP and Teaching Certificates (required for all applicants)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellows (CF) welcome; SLPAs considered despite state recognition
- Comfort working onsite in school environments
- Experience or interest in working with AAC devices and supporting autistic students is highly valued
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work full-time (35 hours/week) during the 2026-2027 school year
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for K–12 students with diverse needs, including those requiring autistic support, AAC implementation, life skills, and transition readiness
- Collaborate with occupational, physical, vision, and hearing specialists to develop and execute therapy plans
- Manage caseloads of approximately 30–55 students, depending on assignment
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the holistic support of each student’s academic and communication goals
- Participate in relevant staff professional development and training throughout the school year
