In this role, you’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to address individual needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on helping students reach their communication goals
- Diligently monitor, record, and analyze student progress, adapting plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Support and educate families, involving them in the intervention process and providing helpful resources
Desired qualifications include:
- A master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current, active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is favored
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
