Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for K-12 students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
