Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in a school setting with students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for K-12 students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
