Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric caseloads, ideally within a school or healthcare environment
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy
- Superb communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to professional growth and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and reports
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
- Provide support and education to families and school personnel as needed
