Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Pensacola, FL
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Pensacola, FL, supporting elementary students within a public school district. The assignment runs from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027, with a standard workweek of 37.5 hours (7.5 hours/day). This opportunity involves working onsite and managing a caseload of approximately 45 elementary-aged students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to the individual needs of elementary students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials and certifications are required.
- Prior experience in school-based SLP roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the school environment.
Location:
- Position is located onsite at schools in Pensacola, Florida.
- Travel within the district or to other school sites may be required as assigned (number of schools TBD).
