Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Penn Valley, CA

The ideal candidate brings expertise in pediatric and school-based settings, holds a valid California SLP license, and possesses the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience designing and delivering individualized education plans (IEPs), conducting assessments, and utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques is essential for success.
Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Current, active CA Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP certification
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or Pre-K/elementary settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech-language screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Developing and implementing therapy plans for students with diverse needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing progress reports
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents to support student goals
