Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Grass Valley, California

As an onsite Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive assessments, therapy, and collaborative support to both students and school staff. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule and the chance to work as part of a team of education professionals.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based therapy strongly preferred
- Skilled in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to Pre-K and elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques to best meet the varied needs of a diverse caseload
