Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Pecatonica, Illinois

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working within school-based or pediatric environments
- Proficiency with teletherapy tools and approaches is a plus
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop individualized plans and collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students at the elementary school
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt therapy approaches as needed, including in-person and teletherapy sessions
