Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license and certification (CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Understanding of IEP development and documentation procedures
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Perform assessments, develop individualized goals, and maintain accurate records
- Consult with parents, teachers, and staff to foster student progress
- Support an inclusive school environment and advocate for student needs
- Provide one day per week of OT collaboration/support as needed
- Serve a specific caseload (size/grades to be confirmed), adapting services accordingly
