Desired Background & Qualifications:
- Active license or eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology in the state

- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Knowledge of best practices for speech, language, and communication interventions
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to partner with staff, students, and families
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and school protocols
- Manage and document a caseload of students; specific caseload size and grades will be provided upon application
- Collaborate with teachers, occupational therapists, and other team members
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Offer support one day each week for occupational therapy (OT) needs as required
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication strategies
