Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but strong clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and evidence-based interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment goals, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed records of student progress
- Consult with teachers and parents to integrate strategies into classroom and home environments
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and effective learning environment
- Provide ongoing support and education to staff, students, and families
