Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Jefferson, SC

Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
- Creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies
- Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with all federal and state regulations
- Providing direct therapy services and conducting group or individual intervention sessions
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing expertise toward holistic student support
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and/or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
- Previous experience working in educational settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with school teams and families
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
