Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey
- Prior experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work with elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans grounded in IEPs and school protocols
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to maximize student support
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for compliance and planning
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices in school speech-language pathology
