Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of progress and services rendered
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide comprehensive support
- Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategy adjustments
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in keeping with IEP goals
