Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop supportive intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized educational plans
- Adapt therapy methods and materials to serve diverse student needs
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
