Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Swedesboro, NJ

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged students, particularly in middle and high school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and school documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom strategies and student inclusion
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
- Provide direct and consultative services in both group and individual settings
- Participate in parent meetings and provide support or education as needed
