Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience working in school-based or pediatric SLP roles
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and best practices for school settings
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working with middle and high school students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Maintain documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide consultation to staff on strategies to promote communication in the classroom
