Speech Language Pathologist in Paterson, NJ

You’ll work with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students, serving K–12th grades distributed among three schools. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Jersey SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience working with school-aged populations, K–12, is highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently across multiple school locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to a wide range of students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult with teachers and support staff to ensure student progress and effective strategies
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and all necessary documentation
- Engage in ongoing communication with parents and multidisciplinary teams
