As an integral member of the school team, you’ll provide speech-language services at three different schools, covering a diverse caseload of approximately 60–65 students. The role offers flexibility: work 3–4 days per week, with the option to extend to 5 days if desired. With immediate start dates available, you can begin making a difference right away. Each school’s caseload is thoughtfully organized by grade, allowing you to tailor your approach to students’ unique needs and developmental stages.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Current and valid New Jersey SLP license
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize a multi-site caseload
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and deliver individualized speech and language therapy for K–12 students across three schools
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and document clinical notes in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Provide consultative support for faculty and parents, promoting generalization of skills
