Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Current, valid SLP license for New Jersey
- Prior experience working with K-12 students, especially in a school setting, is highly desirable
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple locations efficiently
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services for K-12 students in alignment with IEP goals
- Travel between three school sites as scheduled, adapting to diverse student groups
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide therapy
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations
- Consult with educational staff to support student engagement and success
