Qualifications and Experience:
- Active New Jersey SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with K–12th grade students preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Support students in developing functional communication skills that enhance their educational experience
