In this role, you will support a manageable caseload of approximately 60–65 students, spanning from kindergarten through 12th grade, thoughtfully distributed among the three sites. Your expertise as an SLP—holding your NJ license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—will be utilized to foster communication skills and encourage student success in diverse learning environments.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience or comfort working with K–12 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for teaming with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to manage and adapt to a multi-site caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct therapy services
- Work with approximately 60–65 students, grouped by grade-level per school
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide services across three schools, adapting care strategies to varied student populations
