Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings beneficial
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize therapy plans and student outcomes
- Maintain detailed records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide training and resources for staff and parents to support students’ communication development
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
