Speech and Language Pathologist in Passaic, NJ

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with school teams
- Deliver tailored therapy sessions (individual and group) targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consults
- Offer resources and strategies to staff and families to support student success
- Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements in school-based SLP services
