Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- Valid New Jersey SLP license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Skilled in assessment, treatment, and documentation for students K-12
- Adaptable, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
