Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech or language concerns
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative teams
- Document progress and provide timely updates for families and staff
