This full-time position begins within the next two weeks and spans the remainder of the school year, with the strong possibility for renewal. You’ll support 1–4 school sites (with up to 2 sites typical), providing comprehensive services Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. You’ll participate in interviews via Zoom with administrative and program staff, ensuring your onboarding is as convenient as possible.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- SLP, SLP-CCC, or SLP-CFY credentials required
- Experience in school-based, healthcare, pediatric, or teletherapy settings strongly preferred
- Comfort with K-12 age groups
- California licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- SLPA or COTA candidates not eligible
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to K-12 students
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school policies
