Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field required
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Previous experience in a school environment or with K-12 populations is a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organization skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practice
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and school initiatives
- Utilize current best practices and technology to enhance student outcomes
