What we’re seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
- Skilled in evaluation, intervention, and IEP goal development for students with varied communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with educators, families, and support staff
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students across the K-12 spectrum
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized educational plans
- Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and keep accurate documentation
- Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers on communication strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful input to student teams
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive learning environment
