School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chico, California

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY credentials
- Experience in a school setting or a strong interest in school-based practice
- Skilled in evaluating and treating a wide variety of communication disorders
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Flexible, compassionate, and organized in approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services for a K-12 caseload
- Administer assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress efficiently
- Implement evidence-based interventions and individualized care strategies
- Conduct screenings and collaborate in Response-to-Intervention (RTI) processes
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely records
- Partner with educators and families to support the whole student
