Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates are encouraged
  • Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on multidisciplinary educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
  • Work collaboratively with general and special education staff to support inclusive learning environments
  • Consult with teachers and caregivers to promote carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
  • Engage in data-driven decision-making to adjust treatment plans and measure progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based professional development
