Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates are encouraged
- Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively on multidisciplinary educational teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
- Work collaboratively with general and special education staff to support inclusive learning environments
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to promote carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
- Engage in data-driven decision-making to adjust treatment plans and measure progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based professional development
