Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Nebraska
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site across one or two school locations
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to an elementary caseload of approximately 40-60 students
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to student needs
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to school teams
