Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Background in pediatric therapy; experience or comfort working with K-12 populations, including pre-school, elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication abilities
- Experience conducting evaluations, writing IEPs, and tracking progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy to assigned caseload
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with teachers, families, and support staff to promote holistic student growth
- Adapt approaches for a diverse mix of ages and needs within the K-12 spectrum
