School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Soliant is seeking qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in Cypress, Texas for the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time, school-based opportunities allow clinicians to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and academic success while working within a collaborative educational environment.
Position Details:
• Full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
• Contract dates: August 11, 2026 – May 19, 2027
• Elementary or middle school caseload available
• Collaborative special education and student services team
• Opportunity to support students with a variety of speech and language needs
Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
