Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and eligibility for work in school settings
- Comfort working with students across a variety of grade levels (Pre K-12)
- Adaptability to travel between school sites (for compensatory services) or remain at a single location (school-based roles)
- Proficiency with the Paddynet platform for service documentation
- Effective communicator with parents, teachers, staff, and administrators, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to schedule and coordinate IEP meetings, parent conferences, and sessions using Google Calendar
- Experience with comprehensive evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEP development/participation, and data tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy onsite according to student IEPs and identified needs
- Collaborate with families and educational teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all required services and meetings
- Conduct and document evaluations, progress reports, and eligibility assessments
- For travel roles: deliver compensatory services across multiple campuses; for others, serve a specific assigned school
