Openings are available for both compensatory service needs (traveling across campuses) and dedicated campus-based SLP roles serving elementary and middle school students.
Opportunities include:
- Providing compensatory services across multiple school sites (travel required, June 1 - June 30 for summer services, manageable caseload spanning Pre K–12).
- Supporting elementary schools in a single location with a caseload of 45-55 students (Pre K–6th grade).
- School-year contracts for elementary SLPs (Pre K–5th grade, onsite, one school, caseload of 45-55 students).
- Middle school SLPs needed as well (6th–8th grade, onsite, caseload of 45-55 students).
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license.
- Comfortable working with diverse grade levels (Pre K–12 depending on assignment).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (email, phone, school portals, report writing).
- Proficiency documenting services and caseload in the Paddynet platform.
- Experience scheduling meetings and planning with Google Calendar, including IEPs and parent conferences.
- Ability to complete and track evaluations, eligibility determinations, IEPs, and review data.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a collaborative approach to supporting students and school teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech and language services to assigned students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, staff, and administrators to support student development.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and comply with school/district special education procedures.
- For compensatory services position, travel to multiple school sites and work through service lists as directed.
