- Providing compensatory services across multiple schools (travel required); manageable caseload, supporting students from Pre K through 12th grade; summer sessions required (June 1–30)
- Serving a single elementary or middle school with a caseload of 45-55 students (Pre K–5th for elementary, 6th–8th for middle school)
- Contributing to both current and next school year, with renewal potential for strong performers
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and valid state SLP licensure
- Strong foundation in servicing elementary and/or middle school students
- Proficiency documenting services in the Paddynet platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, teachers, staff, and administration (email, phone, progress reports, school communication systems)
- Experience coordinating scheduling using Google Calendar, including IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Demonstrated ability to complete accurate documentation for evaluations, eligibilities, IEPs, and data reviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned to individual IEPs
- Evaluate, document, and track student progress and service minutes
- Maintain clear, organized records using approved platforms
- Foster strong communication with school teams and families to support student success
