What we’re looking for:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Experience supporting students across elementary, middle, or high school grade levels (Pre K – 12)
- Comfortable servicing manageable caseloads (approx. 45–55 students)
- Proficient in documenting and tracking services using the Paddynet platform
- Strong, proactive communicator—skilled in engaging with families, staff, and administrators via email, phone, and school reporting systems
- Able to coordinate meetings and calendars using Google Calendar
- Confident in completing and maintaining records for assessments, eligibilities, IEPs, and progress data
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct speech therapy services onsite to assigned caseload(s)
- Managing scheduling for therapy sessions, IEP meetings, and parent conferences
- Traveling between multiple school sites (for compensatory services role)
- Working summer services as needed (for compensatory services role: June 1–June 30)
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and communication across digital platforms
