What you’ll bring:
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CF welcome)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but motivated clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with a variety of speech and language disorders across grade levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Excellent organization and documentation skills to meet state and district requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, onsite speech and language therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with Florida and district guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
