School Speech Language Pathologist - Pacoima, California

This full-time position requires working 40 hours a week, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027. Serve a diverse caseload of students ages 3-12, creating opportunities for meaningful progress every day.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license, with CCC or eligible for CFY completion
- Proven onsite experience in a school-based setting (required)
- Familiarity supporting early childhood and elementary-aged children (ages 3-12)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Flexibility to adapt strategies and approaches depending on student needs
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all school requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, including assessments, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and teaching staff to support student goals
- Provide support and resources for teachers and assistants to generalize communication skills within the classroom
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as required by the school
